• We require a 50% deposit on bookings, which is non refundable

Cancellation policy
• Low season: until 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total value of the original booking will be charged. Until 7 days before arrival, 2 room nights will be charged.
• High season: until 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total value of the original booking will be charged . Until 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total value of the original booking will be charged.
• Peak season: until 60 days before arrival, 50% of the total value of the original booking will be charged. Until 14 days before arrival, 100% of the total value of the original booking will be charged.

No Shows
Low season: 2 nights of the total room rate will be charged.
High season: 100 % of the full amount of the booking value will be charged
Peak season: 100 % of the full amount of the booking value will be chargedwill be charged.
